The "Guiding Symbols" project aims to introduce innovation to the support provided to adults in their journey to employment. It addresses the need for effective support for individuals facing barriers to employment, particularly in defining their career paths. The project will adapt and transfer an innovative method based on the use of symbols ("Symbol Work") to professionals working with adults. This method, initially developed in Austria, has demonstrated its effectiveness with various groups and will serve as the foundation for the "Guiding Symbols" project in France. This project is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.
